Raven’s revelation comes as he promotes Nevermore: The Raven Effect
Raven has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.
Raven (Scott Levy) spoke about his health while talking to Ariel Helwani.
“I’m lucky. It hasn’t affected me too bad. When I get anxious, the tremor gets worse or if I’m really tired. I have a sleep disorder,” he said on the show plugging his documentary.
Nevermore: The Raven Effect drops on Amazon Prime on November 18th.
Raven spoke about what he thinks caused the early-onset of Parkinson’s Disease.
“You have got to pay the piper sometime. For all the drugs and alcohol and chair shots I took to the head, you’ve got to pay for the damage at some point,” Raven said.
Despite it all, Raven is still content with how he has lived his life.
“It made me who I am. I’m happy with who I am. I’d rather be happy with who I am at the end of my life rather than earlier in my life and not be happy at the end,” he said.
