It is not clear what kind of medication it was as the item was redacted in the police report.
Also in the police report Pac’s phone gave them a sense of where he was headed to.
“I noticed that Google Maps was still open on his cellphone and it was routing him to O’Hare Airport,” an officer wrote.
The report also states that there weren’t “any obviously suspicious marks upon Satterley nor circumstances within the vehicle.”
When police were investigating a woman called Pac’s phone.
She said “she last spoke to Benjamin on the phone around 1320 hours and he related he was going to CAVA for lunch. He had been traveling for his occupation as a professional wrestler for the past three weeks around the United States and had been in the Chicago-area since Thursday (09/24/2026) or Friday (09/25/2026). She related his flight had been delayed and Benjamin was scheduled on his flight back to the UK at approximately 1530 hours,” stated the report.
According to the report, people inside the restaurant noticed Satterley unresponsive in the vehicle and contacted authorities. Police, firefighters and an ambulance arrived at approximately 4 p.m. local time on Sunday. Satterley was pronounced dead several minutes later.
