AEW star Paul Wight has shared a fresh update on his physical transformation as he continues a notable weight loss journey.
Speaking to talkSPORT ahead of AEW All In at Wembley Stadium on August 30, 2026, Paul Wight discussed his progress and current goals. Once billed at over 400 pounds during his in-ring career, Wight revealed he now weighs 383 pounds.
“I’m only 383 now, I’ve lost some weight. We’re doing good. I want to get down to about 350,” he said.
The 54-year-old also approached the transformation with humour, adding:
“I want to become a Calvin Klein underwear model, so I’m working on it. Their big and tall section.”
Wight had previously stated earlier this year that he had reached 393 pounds, with the latest update suggesting a continued drop in weight over recent months.
When Did Paul Wight Last Wrestle?
Although he has not competed regularly since 2024, including his last match on the Jericho Cruise on January 29, 2024, where he teamed with Chris Jericho and Mike Bailey to defeat Kyle Fletcher, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Lance Archer, Paul Wight remains a presence on AEW programming in a commentary role while continuing to assess his future in wrestling.
