PWInsider.com is reporting that Orange Crush is making a play for TrillerTV.
“Orange Crush, headed by Adam Abdalla, is currently assembling private funding to purchase what was once FITE and extricate it from TrillerTV ownership. Abdalla, head of the NYC public relations powerhouse Cultural Counsel, sits on the board of several artistic and historical institutions and is well connected in the film, TV, and media industries,” reports Mike Johnson.
Abdella is an ex-booker for Jersey Championship Wrestling and is launching a new promotion called Produce.
Orange Crush is an independent publication / media platform called “Orange Crush: The Journal of Art & Wrestling.” It was founded and edited by Adam Abdalla, who is also the president of an arts PR firm (Cultural Counsel).
Johnson also says that Abdalla wants to add more of a music video focus back to TrillerTV and movies to expand the combat sports platform.
Most recently, TrillerTV ran into issues and was delisted by NASDAQ when it didn’t publish the necessary financial reports.
TrillerTV is a live streaming platform focused on combat sports and entertainment, especially wrestling, boxing and MMA.
