There is No Limits with "Thrillbilly" Silas Mason and Bryan Idol, and Natalia Markova gives Liviyah a title shot at The Burke on NWA Powerrr

On this NWA Powerrr, Bryan Idol wants a shot at the Ten Pounds of Gold. He’s cashing in the NWA Television title after seven straight defenses, and he has the advantage, with the stipulation that this will be a No Limits match. Falls count anywhere, no DQ. “Thrillbilly” Silas Mason has something to say about that, and Big Daddy Thrill and The Looks that Kill have a rivalry where the score needs to be settled.

Plus, Natalia Markova wants to give newcomer Liviyah a shot at the NWA Women’s title.

No Limits Match to become NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion: β€œThrillbilly” Silas Mason(c) vs. Bryan Idol

Idol cashed in the NWA Television title’s “Lucky Seven” clause and won the right to name the No Limit stipulation, so this match favors The Looks that Kill.

Once the bell rings, Mason is on the attack with a boot. There’s a Sling Blade by Idol, and both men are giving no quarter. They battle on the apron, and Mason suplexes Idol back in the ring and gives him a reverse-spin scoop powerslam. They battle up top, and Idol sends Mason on a superplex ride as he rolls out of the ring. He throws Idol shoulder-first into the steel steps, right where he injured Idol’s collarbone way back at Hard Times, and then sends him spine-first into the ring post. He grabs a camera cable to choke the Looks That Kill, and then uses a chair to attack the collarbone to damage it further. Mason tries to powerbomb him through a table, but he reverses, and the Thrillbilly crashes through it.

The Southern Six come out to interfere, and they hold Idol on the ropes. Mason takes advantage of the fact, but knocks out his boys, Alex Taylor and Kery Morton.

Carnage then comes out to interfere, and Idol shoves him off, but he goes on a Thrillride to retain the title.

Mason celebrates the victory with Taylor, but Morton seems a bit muted on the subject.

Liviyah is ready to take advantage of this opportunity for the Burke, and she feels confident she will take the title against Markova tonight.

Thom Latimer was thinking about the Crockett Cup, and this guy was an easy choice for a tag partner in El DragΓ³n Nihan. The DragΓ³n is ready to breathe fire on anyone who stands in their way against the Cup, and Latimer likes their odds.

Now for a three-way match between…

Hayden Backlund vs. Cristiano Argento vs. Will Austin

This is a Gut Check Challenge, and whoever wins gets to face Mike Mondo for the NWA National championship.

All three men showcase their wares, and it’s Austin who dives outside on the other competitors. Argento slams Austin to the steps, and the Italian Royalty throws Backlund in the ring and tosses him around. He nails a fisherman’s suplex for a two count, and Austin flies with a clothesline for a count of two on Argento. Argento tries to pin Austin and Backlund with little to no success. Ultimately, Backlund gets the crossface chickenwing made famous by his uncle on Argento, and he taps out.

NWA National Championship: Mike Mondo (with Aron Stevens)(c) vs. Hayden Backlund

Right away, the Gut Check Machine takes it to the spent Backlund. Mondo launches him with an overhead belly to belly suplex. He slaps on a Cobra Clutch, and Backlund tries to escape the submission.

Mondo quickly takes him down and attempts a diving headbutt to no avail.

The National championship misses, and Backlund stages a comeback, but it is not enough as he succumbs to Gut Check Time.

Thom Latimer and Carson Drake are at the El Encanto Tattoo shop, and they’re dogging AJ Cazana’s tattoo taking so long. Joe Cazana will not take that talk from a “Frenchman” like Latimer and tells him he is wrong.

(And people wonder why Americans suck at geography)

Mike Knox is still out, but he found a tag partner for Trevor Murdoch in…Anthony Franks. The former NWA champion is sold on the idea.

Kyle Davis is in the ring with Big Strong Mims and Da Pope, and…

Well, let’s have Da Pope speak to the congregation…

“Listen, normally, Pope will come out here, and I will say ‘Textile Kyle’ with a smile on my face. But as you can see, this isn’t a smiling matter. So, right now, I’ll just say, ‘Stand here and hold the microphone, Boy.’

It ain’t your job to come up with a nickname. Just call us success, because that’s what stands before you. Now, I gotta be clear about this thing. Yeah, you talk about Pope [and] Mills going into the Crockett Cup as the seventh seed. You know, it’s all about arithmetics, but the math ain’t mathing. You’re talking Big Strong Mims, the former [NWA] National champion, the former [NWA] Television champion. You’re talking about Pope, daddy, the former, and longest, fifth of all time, reigning television champion in history. Our accolades speak for itself, and I gotta tell you….when we come out here and we get in the ring with those [Slimeballz] will fly.”

This brings out The Slimeballz, and they are ready to take them to Slime Ball City! They extend their hands (as gross as they are), and they duck out.

Meanwhile, at Dr. Vik’s Abode, the good doctor is on the phone and wants to cash in that favor, but something distracts him. Wonder what it could be?

NWA World Women’s Tag Team Championship: The Hex (Alyssyn Kay and Marti Belle)(c) vs. TV-MA (Tiffany Nieves and Gretta, with Ms. Starr)

Belle starts with La Princesa, and she quickly tags in Gretta. The Mammoth of the TV-MA slams her hard to the mat, and between her and Nieves, they keep things fresh. Kay tags in, and the powerhouse of the tag champs finds herself in dire straits as TV-MA cuts the ring in half to make her a Hex in Peril.

Gretta has things in control, but it isn’t long before the Hex Express works over La Princesa. Gretta makes the save and goes for Belle, but she ducks and hits the ring post. Finally, the champs deliver Hex Marks the Spot on Nieves as they retain.

Back at Dr. Vik’s Abode, The Slimeballz offer “comfort” to Vik and suggest he should man up.

Personally, there is advice I would take from anyone other than The SlimeBallz. But, I suppose…any port in a storm.

Back at El Encanto Tattoo parlor shop, the Paige sisters and Tommy Henry encounter the Cazanas, and Kylie is ready to throw down.

Now for the Main Event for the…

NWA World Women’s Championship: Natalia Markova(c) vs. Liviyah

This match is happening after the events of NWA Powerrr, and Markova wants to set things right by giving her a shot at The Burke.

After a handshake of sportsmanship, they tie up, and Markova strikes at the newcomer. Liviyah manages to latch on with the single-leg crab, but the champ gets to the ropes to break the submission.

A dropkick sends Markova out, and then she dives out to the floor on the champ. Both women chop away when they get back in the squared circle, but The Crush gains the advantage, and a Jazz stinger lands a two count.

Liviyah drives her to the corner, but she eats a boot to the mush. She comes back with a cradle DDT on Markova for another two count.

Liviyah nails a spear, and she covers Markova for a close two-count.
They go up top for a superplex, and Liviyah gets dumped to the mat, and Markova follows with a missile dropkick for the one, two, and three.

After the match, she gives respect to Liviyah, until Nieves rushes in and attacks from behind. TV MA takes it to the champ, and Gretta delivers with a choke slam, and that adds the punctuation as the show closes.
