NWA has landed a new television deal.
During the NWA Crockett Cup 2026 event this weekend it was announced that NWA Powerrr has found a new home on Comet, owned by the Sinclair Broadcast Group.
Sinclair previously owned and aired Ring of Honor in the past.
Comet is a free, over-the-air digital TV that was launched by Sinclair Broadcast Group and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. It airs sci-fi, fantasy and horror programming. It is in the same broadcast category as MeTV.
Comet is carried by 100 local TV stations across the U.S. and its potential reach is tens of millions of U.S. TV households but offers niche programming but their ratings across the board increased 17% last year.
