MVP says AEW’s locker room remains mostly drama-free
According to MVP himself, he has no issue with “Speedball” Mike Bailey.
“At no point did I ever say that I dislike ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey. I don’t have an issue with Speedball. We work together. We see each other. We shake hands and we keep it moving. There’s no issue there,” he said on the Marking Out with MVP & Dwayne Swayze podcast.
There have been reports that MVP felt The Hurt Syndicate didn’t benefit from working with such teams as Speedball and Kevin Knight, known as JetSpeed in AEW.
“I don’t have any problems with any of the talent that I work with at AEW. Mike Bailey is one of the nicest guys around. I don’t have a problem with him,” he said praising the Laval, Quebec, native.
MVP doesn’t see many problems in the AEW locker room as a whole.
“I think everybody pretty much gets along amongst the talent. You’re always going to have professional disagreements and everybody’s jockeying for a position. Everybody wants to be the top guy. You’re going to have rifts and you’re going to have issues but for the most part I don’t know of anybody in the AEW locker room that has legitimate beef with anybody,” he said.
