Nikki Bella says discussions about bringing back Total Divas have been happening for years, and both Bella Twins are ready to return if the opportunity finally becomes reality.
Speaking on the Battleground podcast, Nikki Bella revealed that she and Brie Bella have consistently pushed for a revival of the former WWE reality series.
“We’ve had conversations about it for years, about bringing it back,” Nikki said. “We’ve always pushed hard for that because it really helped the women.”
Nikki explained that the show gave WWE’s women’s division a major platform both inside and outside the ring during the early years of the Women’s Evolution.
“I feel like now, with what the women are doing, it’s a perfect time for it to be back,” Nikki added. “If they were to call, we are back right now.”
Total Divas originally aired on E! from 2013 through 2019 and followed the personal and professional lives of WWE’s female talent. Nikki and Brie were part of the original cast and later received their own spin-off series, Total Bellas, beginning in 2016.
The original series featured numerous WWE stars over its nine-season run, including Naomi, Paige, Natalya, Nia Jax and several others.
Brie & Nikki Bella’s WWE Involvement Since The End Of Total Divas
Both Bella Twins have remained involved with WWE in recent years. Brie Bella currently holds the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships alongside Paige following their WrestleMania 42 victory, while Nikki Bella has focused more heavily on commentary and outside projects.
A potential Total Divas reboot would fit into WWE’s growing reality television expansion under TKO, with the company continuing to produce documentary and unscripted content through partnerships with Netflix and A&E.
