Nikki Bella already has several opponents in mind if she gets the chance to write the final chapter of her WWE career.
Speaking in an interview with Casino Guru, the WWE Hall of Famer named Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley, and Blake Monroe as stars she would like to work with before eventually stepping away from the ring. Nikki Bella revealed that a feud with Morgan remains high on her wishlist after plans for a rivalry were disrupted by Morgan’s shoulder injury in 2025.
“I definitely think I have to do something with Liv before I’m done, because it’s there,” Bella said. “You could tell there’s unfinished business there.”
While Morgan remains a priority, Bella admitted she would love her final major WWE storyline to involve Ripley.
“Honestly, I would love my last story to be with Rhea Ripley,” Bella explained. “I would love to have that with her.”
Bella also expressed interest in sharing the ring with rising SmackDown star Blake Monroe before calling time on her career.
“I hope I get to be mixed in with some of the new girls, too, on my way out. Like Blake Monroe would be another one. Between Blake and Rhea on my way out.”
Monroe was called up to SmackDown last month and has already begun establishing herself through a series of vignettes and backstage appearances, although she has yet to compete in her first match on the blue brand. She did compete in a dark match on the May 15 episode of SmackDown, where she defeated fellow NXT call-up, Jordynne Grace.
Nikki Bella Believes Character Work Is What Makes Feuds Connect With WWE Fans
The Hall of Famer went on to discuss what makes wrestling rivalries connect with audiences, pointing to personal issues and real-life emotions as the foundation of the most memorable feuds. Nikki Bella praised recent character work across WWE and suggested that performers should not be afraid to make storylines feel personal.
“That’s the stuff I love,” Bella said. “Get personal. We’re not here to not hurt feelings. This is wrestling. Go hurt feelings. I’m sorry, but this is what sells.”
