A new TNT Champion has been crowned, with a surprise result shaking up the title picture at AEW Dynasty.
Kevin Knight emerged victorious in the Casino Gauntlet match, pinning Daniel Garcia after delivering his UFO splash to secure the championship.
The match began with Tommaso Ciampa and Rush, before a series of entrants joined the contest, including Bandido, Mike Bailey, Pac, Anthony Bowens, and Wheeler Yuta, turning the bout into a chaotic, fast-paced battle.
Knight’s victory marks a rapid turnaround, coming just 24 hours after he competed in a Trios Title match on AEW Collision, where he teamed with Bandido and Bailey in a losing effort against The Dogs.
Following the finish, Knight celebrated his win, while Bailey remained at ringside, appearing dejected after failing to capture the title in his home country.
The AEW TNT Title Was Vacated Due To Kyle Fletcher’s Injury
The AEW TNT Championship had been vacated after Kyle Fletcher suffered an injury on a recent episode of Collision, leading to the Casino Gauntlet stipulation being put in place to determine a new champion.
