Mercedes Mone has added a 14th title to her ever-expanding collection of championship belts.
On last night’s special three-hour episode of AEW Dynamite and Collision, Mercedes Mone faced off against Red Velvet in a ROH Women’s World TV Title unification match, and “The Boss” was able to get the victory to become the Undisputed ROH Women’s World TV Champion.
Mone became the interim champion at WrestleDream after defeating then-champion Mina Shirakawa in a winner-takes-all match for the TBS Title and the interim belt. Velvet was the lineal champion, but an interim champion was required after Velvet became injured in July.
What Title Is Mercedes Mone Challenging For Next?
Mercedes Mone is set to compete for the AEW Women’s World Title at Full Gear on Saturday as she challenges champion Kris Statlander for the belt. If Mone wins the bout, she will be the holder of 15 wrestling titles.
Mone has only held one title, two if you count the Owen Hart cup as a championship, as she is the current TBS Champion and has held the title for 540 days so far, surpassing the previous record for longest title reign of 508 days by inaugural champion Jade Cargill.
