According to a report on YouTube, Marty Jannetty has had a foot amputated.
Appearing on the Monte & The Pharaoh YouTube channel, wrestler Eddy Mansfield underwent the surgery recently.
“One of my dearest friends ever on the face of this earth and was a great wrestler had his foot amputated and his name is The Rocker Marty Jannetty,” he said.
It was also mentioned that as far back as his time with The Rockers, Jannetty had issues.
“Where in the hell was the WWE to help Marty Jannetty? Hell, he made them millions of dollars and you can’t help him when he is in the biggest need of his life, fighting for his life? I don’t understand that and that’s where I’ve had problems with promoters this whole damn time,” said Mansfield.
Mansfield criticized the WWE again later in the show.
“The WWE and Shawn Michaels should have stepped in and made sure he went to the best when it all started and give him the best medical attention and to the best doctors that money could buy. That wasn’t done. I guarantee they’d do it for Shawn Michaels, though,” he said.
