Lola Vice is heading to the main roster.
Vice lost to champion Kendal Grey in an NXT Underground Match for NXT Women’s Championship to close out last night’s episode of NXT.
When the show went off the air, Vice took off her gloves and left them in the middle of the ring. She hugged her family at ringside.
Her real-life partner Damian Priest came out to give her a big hug. He then accompanied her back into the ring where she addressed the crowd. She praised Grey saying she is the future of the industry.
“I came here four years ago. I took a leap of faith, sometimes, I’m going to be honest, I wasn’t sure if this was for me. I struggled a lot but if there’s one thing I did is I always believed in myself. And all of you, every single Tuesday inspired me to keep going and represent Los Latinos. I just want to say thank you everybody and forever we are ‘NXT,” she said as the crowd cheered their thanks.
Vice debuted in NXT in 2022 after competing in MMA for three years. She won the NXT Women’s Championship once defeating Jacy Jayne at NXT Gold Rush last November. She lost the title 85 days later to the current champion, Kendel Grey.
