Logan Paul says his torn triceps has not been as disruptive as many might expect, despite the injury sidelining him from WWE competition for several months.
Speaking on his Impaulsive podcast, Logan Paul provided an update on his recovery and explained that, because the injury is to his left arm, he has been able to carry on with most day-to-day activities.
“This one will have the longest recovery, but all things considered, it’s the least inconvenient injury possible,” Paul said. “Because I have both hands, I’m right-handed, so I just can’t bend it. Texting is a little annoying.”
The social media star suffered the injury during the May 23 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event, where he teamed with Austin Theory to successfully defend the World Tag Team Championship against The Street Profits.
Paul later underwent surgery and was given a recovery timetable of approximately six months.
While the injury has not significantly impacted his everyday life, Paul previously admitted it has been frustrating from a professional standpoint, saying the setback left him feeling “mentally stuck” after his momentum in WWE stalled.
Logan Paul Has Still Appeared On WWE TV Despite Recovering From Injury
Despite being unable to compete, Logan Paul has remained involved in WWE storylines. He travelled to London for Monday Night Raw this week and attempted to help his Vision stablemates, Austin Theory and Bron Breakker, retain the World Tag Team Championships.
His efforts proved unsuccessful, however, as Joe Hendry returned to neutralise Paul’s involvement before Seth Rollins interfered as well. The distractions allowed The Street Profits to defeat Theory and Breakker and reclaim the titles.
The rivalry between Rollins and Breakker is set to continue at Night of Champions on June 27 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where the two will meet inside a steel cage.
