Logan Paul has added another unusual accolade to his résumé after a rare Pokémon card linked to him made history at auction.
On February 15, 2026, Logan Paul’s one-of-a-kind PSA 10 Pikachu Illustrator card became the most expensive trading card ever sold at auction, fetching more than $16.4 million after a late bidding war pushed the price beyond its $12.5 million mark. Auctioneer Ken Goldin confirmed the milestone on social media, writing:
“Officially a Guinness World Record for most expensive trading card ever sold at an auction.”
The winning bidder was revealed during Paul’s live stream as AJ Scaramucci, co-founder of investment firm Solari Capital. He explained the purchase was part of a larger collecting goal.
“I’m on a planetary treasure hunt right now,” Scaramucci said. “I’m on a quest to buy a T-Rex dinosaur fossil, I’m going to buy the Declaration of Independence, and I’m not stopping there. This was only the beginning.”
How Much Did Logan Paul Buy The Pikachu Card For?
Logan Paul originally bought the card for $5.3 million and famously wore it around his neck during his entrance at WrestleMania 38 in 2022. The final price represents a massive increase in value and cements the card’s place in the record books.
