Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez are reportedly being evaluated following an incident on WWE Raw that has raised concerns ahead of WrestleMania 42.
During the April 6, 2026, episode of WWE Raw, Stephanie Vaquer blindsided Liv Morgan backstage, shoving her into Roxanne Perez. The two collided heads as they fell, before Morgan was further thrown into a nearby television set as part of the attack.
According to Bryan Alvarez, both competitors are now in concussion protocol following the segment.
“Both Liv and Roxanne in concussion protocol after they clonked skulls HARD when Stephanie jumped Liv from behind. Hopefully we didn’t just witness a disaster affecting WrestleMania,” Alvarez wrote.
The segment came as Morgan and Perez were discussing Perez’s recent return from injury. Perez had only returned the previous week after undergoing surgery to remove a benign growth and had aligned with Morgan in an attack on Vaquer.
Liv Morgan Vs. Stephanie Vaquer For WrestleMania 42 Could Be In Jepoardy Following Raw Incident
The situation now raises questions about the status of Liv Morgan’s scheduled match with Stephanie Vaquer, who currently holds the Women’s World Championship. Morgan earned the opportunity by winning this year’s Royal Rumble and subsequently targeting the champion.
With WrestleMania 42 fast approaching, any potential injury could have significant implications for the planned match.
