TNA Lockdown 2026 received several major additions following this week’s Thursday Night iMPACT, including the return of Lethal Lockdown for the first time in a decade.
The match was made official following K.C. Navarro‘s victory over Eddie Edwards. Despite interference from Alisha Edwards, Navarro secured the win before being attacked by The System’s Bear Bronson and Brian Myers.
Ricky Sosa, Jada Stone and Fabian Aichner came out to even the numbers, leading Director of Authority Santino Marella to sanction a Lethal Lockdown match. The System will now face Navarro, Sosa, Stone and Aichner at Lockdown.

Elsewhere, Trey Miguel made his return to TNA after being sidelined since April with a fractured patella. Miguel was revealed as the mystery partner for Rich Swann, and BDE in their six-man tag team match against Order 4’s Mustafa Ali, Special Agent 0 and John Skyler.
Miguel marked his comeback by pinning Skyler to secure the victory for his team. However, Agent Zero attacked him immediately following the match.
TNA subsequently released a digital exclusive in which Miguel responded to the attack by challenging Agent Zero to a singles match at Lockdown, with the bout officially added to the card.
Another championship match was established when Cedric Alexander accepted Leon Slater‘s latest challenge for the X-Division Championship. Alexander added a significant stipulation to the contest, with Slater’s second-longest X-Division Championship reign set to be erased from the record books if Alexander wins. Alexander would instead take Slater’s position on the list.
The Knockouts Television Championship tournament also continued, with M by Elegance defeating Indi Hartwell to advance to the final.
Hartwell became distracted when a backstage fight between Elayna Black and Knockouts World Champion Xia Brookside spilled out to ringside. M by Elegance took advantage and connected with her signature moonsault to secure the victory.
She will now face the winner of Jada Stone versus Heather by Elegance in the tournament final as TNA continues building towards Lockdown.
