Kyle Fletcher has gone into graphic detail about the toughest bump he has taken.
Over the past few years, Mark Briscoe and Kyle Fletcher have been involved in an ever-escalating feud that culminated in a Ladder match at Grand Slam Australia earlier in 2026.
During an appearance on Westwood One Sports Night, Fletcher said it was during that time he took the worst bump of his career.
“The one that comes to mind when I’ve been asked this question before is I took a suplex from the top of the guard rail to the floor from Mark Briscoe. You can see, people have put up the clip, and you can see in my face. It literally, I landed directly on my tailbone, and it felt like my insides exploded.”
Kyle Fletcher Says Landing On His Tailbone Was “Weirdest Feeling Ever”
The Protostar detailed the pain further, saying he felt like he was “pissing blood.”
It felt like, I don’t know how graphic I want to get. It felt like I was pissing blood and my insides fell out my butthole at the same time. It was the weirdest feeling ever, and I literally just had to go, ‘Give me a minute,’ and I had to make sure that I was okay. I lay there for probably like 30 seconds going, ‘Can I keep wrestling?’ Then I went, ‘Yeah, I think I can keep wrestling,’ and then I got up and kept wrestling.”
Alongside Kevin Knight, Kyle Fletcher unsuccessfully challenged The Young Bucks for the AEW World Tag Team Title at WrestleDream.
