Kevin Nash believes WWE is missing an obvious opportunity when it comes to Bron Breakker’s presentation.
Speaking on the 200th episode of Kliq This, Kevin Nash argued that WWE should drop the Bron Breakker name entirely and instead lean fully into the Steiner family legacy.
“I saw, or actually heard, Seth call him Steiner, and it’s like, when is the WWE going to realize that he is a Steiner,” Nash said. “He’s Bronson Rick Steiner. Why don’t I just call him Bron Steiner?”
Nash then took a shot at Breakker’s current ring name, comparing it to a cartoon character.
“Bron Breakker sounds like something I watched on a cartoon in 1971.”
The discussion came while Nash and Sean Oliver were reviewing an episode of WWE Raw. Oliver praised Breakker’s recent promo work, while Nash pointed to his charisma, look and in-ring presence as reasons WWE should fully embrace the Steiner identity.
“The guy can do it all. He looks like a million bucks. He can talk, he can definitely do the walk,” Nash said. “Let him be Steiner.”
Breakker, whose real name is Bronson Rechsteiner, is the son of Rick Steiner and nephew of Scott Steiner. He inducted both men into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022 and also uses the Steiner Recliner submission made famous by Scott.
Kevin Nash Questioned The Long-Term Tole Bron Breakker’s Signature Spear Could Have On Him
Kevin Nash also commented on Bron Breakker’s spear during Raw, specifically referencing the attacks on Seth Rollins earlier in the show. While praising the intensity of the move, Nash questioned the long-term physical toll such spears could take.
Drawing from his own experience, Nash revealed he currently deals with herniated discs in his back after years of taking impact with moves like the sidewalk slam throughout his career.
