The viewership figures for the November 10 episode of Raw, where John Cena won the Intercontinental Championship, have been revealed.
Netflix posted in a weekly update that the November 10 episode of Raw saw a global viewership figure of 2.8 million, up 400,000 from last week’s 2.4 million figure, and ranked number seven in the streaming giant’s top ten shows of the week, with The Beast In Me, The Witcher, Absentia, Stranger Things, Death by Lightning, and Squid Game ranking above WWE’s flagship show.
The 2.8 million viewer barrier for Raw has not been broken since the August 18 episode.
The boost in viewership can likely be attributed to John Cena’s announced appearance, as he was initially only supposed to kick off his “Last Time is Now” tournament, but Dominik Mysterio interrupted his opening promo, and this led to an impromptu match between the two for the IC Title, which Cena won to become a WWE Grand Slam Champion.
Could John Cena’s Last Raw This Week Beat Last Week’s Viewership?
It is highly likely that this past Monday’s Raw, which was the last Raw John Cena will appear on before his retirement, will exceed last week’s global viewership number. It remains to be seen how many viewers will tune in throughout the week, but the highest figure Raw has achieved on Netflix to date was for their first show on the platform, which garnered 5.9 million viewers that week.
