John Cena is scheduled to appear on next week’s episode of WWE NXT Gold Rush.
On last night’s episode of NXT Gold Rush, General Manager Ava appeared on screen to make a huge announcement that, as the Deadline pay-per-view draws near, Iron Survivor Challenge matches will be taking place at the show, and John Cena will appear on next week’s episode of Gold Rush to pick who will participate in the Iron Survivor Challenge matches.
The spoilers for next week’s NXT Gold Rush have already been shared, and on next week’s show, we already know that Myles Borne defeated Trick Williams to earn his spot in the men’s Iron Survivor Challenge match.
NXT Deadline is set to take place on December 6 at the Boeing Center at Tech Port Arena in San Antonio, Texas, and currently, there are only three matches confirmed: the men’s Iron Survivor Challenge, the women’s Iron Survivor Challenge, and Ricky Saints vs. Oba Femi for the NXT Title.

John Cena only has three scheduled appearances left on his WWE retirement tour: next week’s episode of NXT Gold Rush, his Survivor Series Intercontinental Championship match against Dominik Mysterio, and his final match at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13.
