The Miz Explains The Importance Of Winning In WWE

The Miz came to play…and he has been a mainstay in WWE for 20 years now.

Rising to fame on the reality shows The Real World, Road Rules, Fear Factor, The Challenge and others he participated in WWE’s Tough Enough competition show and even though he didn’t win he was given a WWE developmental contract.

He debuted on the main roster in 2026 on an episode of Smackdown. Since then he has become a Triple Crown Champion and a two-time Grand Slam Champion in WWE.

Here are his list of accomplishments:

WWE Championship — 2-time champion
WWE Intercontinental Championship — 8-time champion
WWE United States Championship — 2-time champion
World/WWE (Raw) Tag Team Championship — 5-time champion
WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship — 2-time champion
World Tag Team Championship (1971–2010) — 2-time champion
Mixed Match Challenge — Season 1 winner, with Asuka
Mr. Money in the Bank — 2-time winner

The one achievement he takes great pride in though is headlining WrestleMania XXVII and beating John Cena.

John Cena took some time to acknowledge and celebrate Miz’s 20 years in WWE.

“Respect is earned. You earned mine a long time ago. Each sunset makes it far more difficult for most anyone else to deny theirs. Congratulations on an incredible 20 years! You ARE the example I consistently bring up to young talent of effort & turning anything into entertaining!,” he wrote on X.
