John Cena looks very likely to be the headliner for next year’s WWE Hall of Fame.
The Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez has reported that John Cena is likely going to be the marquee inductee into the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame. Alvarez wrote:
“Belief is Cena very likely the 2026 Hall of Fame main eventer.”
While it hasn’t been officially confirmed by WWE, it would be no surprise if Cena were to be inducted into next year’s Hall of Fame, as he is retiring at the end of this year at the December 13 Saturday Night’s Main Event, and his career is most definitely Hall of Fame worthy due to him being WWE’s number one guy for over a decade from 2005 till at least the mid 2010s, and earlier this year he became a 17-time world champion, surpassing the joint record he held with Ric Flair.
How Many Matches Does John Cena Have Left On His WWE Retirement Tour?
After John Cena’s last Raw match last night, he has two more matches left scheduled on his retirement tour as he is set to face Dominik Mysterio at Survivor Series in a rematch for the Intercontinental Championship that Cena won from Mysterio on last week’s Raw, and his retirement match against the winner of the “Last Time is Now” tournament at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13.
