Although this was Jeff Hardy’s third DUI offence he won’t be serving any jail time for his conviction.
In the summer of 2022, Hardy was arrested and charged with his third DUI, driving with a suspended license and driving while his license was restricted.
A Volusia County, Florida court has passed the following sentence on Hardy: 38 days in jail but credited for the 38 days he already served, two years probation, $4,586 in fines and court fees, his driving license is suspended for 10 years, he must attend a court-mandated DUI school or drug rehab program and community service of some kind.
Hardy had faced a maximum sentence of five years in jail.
In his plea, Hardy accepted his conviction and even though a guilty plea had been entered he did not admit guilt.
Hardy is currently suspended by AEW and it is not known if he plans on returning to the promotion or wrestling.
