Normally here at Slam Wrestling we shy away from politics and everything that comes with it but it seems that former WWE and AEW superstar Jake Hager had a lot to say today.
Hager wrote on X: “Everyone wants to talk shit about Trump. The Biden administration removed American energy on Day One. So who is the tyrant?” he asked.
Hagar was referring to Biden pausing all future liquified natural gas export terminal permits and imposing new and fees and regulatory controls on energy production and reduced fees on renewable energy sources during his time in office.
Someone named “@albertorobledo” replied: “Check your dumbass drunk boy.” tagging both Tony Khan and Bryan Danielson assuming Hager still worked at AEW.
Hager’s contract expired in February of this year and he hasn’t worked for the company since.
Hager responded to everyone tagged in the thread stating: “Tony Khan is someone who would threaten my job if I didn’t stop promoting my Trump. He is a communist.”
He later deleted the postings and replies.
