You cannot see him…and that’s kind of the point.
An exclusive John Cena “ghost” is being released on the eve of Cena’s retirement from in-ring competition and final match on Saturday, December 13 at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., giving collectors a chance to commemorate the historic moment.
Dubbed “You Can’t See Me”, the 11” figure is adorned with Cena’s iconography and is partially transparent – a playful homage to the wrestler’s signature phrase.
“Ghosts tell stories and it’s hard to think of a story more compelling than this one: John Cena’s final match, 20+ years in the making. We’re honored to work with the WWE to create a collectible that captures this moment,” said Josh Luber, Founder and CEO, ghostwrite.
The “ghost” is being sold exclusively on the ghostwrite website via a Blind Dutch Auction HERE. Bidding is now open and closes at 9pm ET on Thursday, October 2.
The top 75 bidders will be allowed to purchase the “You Can’t See me” ghost as the clearing price determined by the Blind Dutch Auction.
Only 100 figures were produced and only 75 are being sold at auction.
