Injury concerns have emerged for two WWE NXT stars following a recent live event, with questions remaining over when they may return to action.
Elio LeFleur is believed to have suffered an arm injury during a tag team match at the March 20 WWE NXT house show. According to Fightful Select, sources close to LeFleur indicated that the injury was legitimate, with the WWE Men’s Speed Champion reportedly seen wearing a sling in the days following the event.
Lexis King was also affected during the same show, having been “banged up” after taking a knee to the head. While initial reports suggested he was feeling better, an update on the March 24 episode of NXT confirmed he had not been medically cleared to compete.
Elio LeFleur’s Injury Was Addressed On WWE NXT TV
Elio LeFleur’s situation was further referenced on WWE NXT television, where he and Eli Knight were ambushed ahead of a scheduled tag team match and subsequently replaced. The segment appeared to provide a storyline explanation for his absence.
Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer also discussed both injuries on Wrestling Observer Radio, noting the uncertainty surrounding their current conditions. At this stage, there is no confirmed timetable for either LeFleur or King to return to in-ring competition.
