Hulk Hogan’s son is suing Bubba The Love Sponge.
Nick Hogan has filed a lawsuit on behalf of the estate of his father to block the release of a documentary, according to TMZ.
Bubba (Todd Alan Clem) has announced that he will be releasing Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story Of The Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal.’
Hogan claims that part of the documentary contains unauthorized images and produced the documentary without the permission of Hogan or his estate.
Hogan is also seeking damages.
In 2006, Hulk Hogan was secretly recorded having sex with Bubba’s wife. During the romp, Hogan used some racist language. Gawker Media published portions of the tape and was sued by Hogan for invasion of privacy. A jury decided in Hogan’s favour awarding him $140 million. Gawker filed for bankruptcy and was later sold.
