WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page has revealed that he recently told Triple H he would like to become more involved with WWE on an occasional basis. Speaking to Cultaholic, DDP said he made it clear he was not looking for a full-time job, but would welcome opportunities to contribute to programming or projects such as WWE Rivals, where he could share behind-the-scenes stories from feuds with stars including Randy Savage and Goldberg. Page said he hopes to be involved with WWE more often than simply making occasional appearances.
New TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth celebrated his Slammiversary title victory by listing many of the high-profile wrestlers he has defeated throughout his career during the latest episode of TNA Impact. With help from his brother Ryan Nemeth, the champion named stars including John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Kane, The Miz, Samoa Joe and Jeff Hardy before declaring himself “the greatest pro wrestler” and warning future challengers they would become the next names added to his list. The celebration was interrupted by KC Navarro, leading Nic to book Ryan against Navarro later in the show.
Tuesday’s episode of WWE NXT averaged 592,000 viewers on The CW, down 11.4% from the previous week, while posting a 0.07 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, a 36.4% decline that matched the show’s lowest demo rating since May 26. The episode aired against FIFA World Cup coverage on Fox, which drew 10.38 million viewers and a 3.47 demo rating. Compared to the same week in 2025, NXT’s overall viewership was down 5.6%, while its 18-49 rating fell 53.3%.
