Yesterday, IWGP Global Heavyweight ChampionGabe Kidd lost to Yuto-Ice and tonight he faces Ice’s KO Brothers partner, Oskar in the G1 Climax tournament.
Kidd rocked Oskar with a bunch of punches and a clothesline. Oskar slams Kidd hard to the mat. The fight goes to the floor. A chop from Oskar sends Kidd to the arena floor. Oskar throws Kidd through three or four rows of chairs. Kidd retrieves a steel chair and pushes the official out of the way. Oskar kicks the chair into Kidd’s head. Back in the ring, Oskar misses a big leg drop. He gets two running knee strikes in return.
“F–k you, NJPW!” Kidd shouts out.
Kidd drags Oskar to his feet delivering a ton of head butts. Oskar back drops Kidd high into the air. Oskar hits the leg drop for a two count. Oskar chokeslams Kidd for a two count.
Oskar puts on the Nightmare Sleeper. Oskar begins spinning him round and round. Kidd suplexes his way out of it. Kidd manages to get Oskar up for a piledriver but Oskar stands right back up no-selling it.
“That is a god damn monster released in the middle of this ring!” shouts Walker Stewart.
Oskar lifts Kidd off the mat choking him in mid-air. Kidd punches he way out of it. He finally pins Oskar with another piledriver.

Henare’s luck finally changed. Moloney has a lot taken out of him due to his match with Kidd yesterday. Moloney misses a big kick. Moloney catches him in a cutter though and then scores with a kick. Henare kicks out. Fans are really behind Moloney. Moloney takes down Henare with a gore. Henare blocks the Drilla Killa with a head butt. He pins Moloney with a sit-out powerbomb,

Dick Togo throws white powder into Newman’s eyes from the floor. Newman kicks out. Zane Jay enters the ring. He attacks Narita. Togo chokes Jay from behind. That drives Jay out of the ring. Togo chokes Newman. Togo and Narita put Newman down with the Magic Killer. Newman kicks out. Narita drives Neman to the mat with knee smash from the top rope onto Newman’s injured shoulder. Narita locks on the submission. Newman taps out.
