A former WWE Tag Team Champion has spoken about how a certain actor is just as tough as the legendary Haku.
Former WWE tag-team champion Brian Knobbs, in a 2023 interview with Wrestling Shoot Interviews, named actor Chuck Zito, best known for his work in films and TV, when listing the toughest individuals he’s encountered, putting Zito on the same level as legendary hard-man Haku.
Knobbs referenced well-known names such as Jimmy Snuka and Haku as benchmarks for toughness, then added Zito to the list, declaring that Zito “possesses the same level of toughness.” Although Zito has never performed as a professional wrestler, Knobbs made it clear that his respect is based on reputation and real-world brawn, not in-ring experience. He recalled being introduced to Zito by Hulk Hogan and described Zito as a “bad*ss.”
Knobbs even shared a memory from a birthday party held for Hogan, noting that with Haku on one side and Chuck Zito on the other, “we don’t have to worry about no security … we’re covered.”
