WWE alumn Ridge Holland has provided an update to fans on his health situation following his recent neck surgery.
Ridge Holland took to Instagram to update his fans on his health following his C5, C6 disk replacement surgery, which he had nine days ago and said that he is “feeling pretty good”. He said that the movement in his neck is good and that he is “all good”.
Holland added that as soon as he came out of surgery, the pain he was experiencing in his neck pre-surgery was totally alleviated and that he is not getting any interfering nerve pain down his arm and isn’t feeling any weakness in his arm.
Holland said that he is still taking it easy and will likely start some light exercise in the next few days, depending on how he is feeling, but he is very pleased with the surgery results overall.
When Was Ridge Holland Released By WWE?
Ridge Holland’s WWE contract was terminated prematurely on November 5, 2025, after he posted on social media the previous day, stating that he felt hard done by the company for choosing not to renew his contract when it was set to expire on November 14. WWE saw his social media post as an infringement of his contract and chose to terminate it early.
A GoFundMe page was then set up by one of Holland’s family members, but he had it taken down and donated the proceeds raised to charity.
