A former WWE wrestler was arrested in Mason City, Iowa, on September 29 on multiple charges.
Chad Wicks, 48, was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail at approximately 6:19 p.m. local time. His booking record listed charges of making an unsafe turn or failing to signal, improper rear lamps, failing to provide proof of financial liability and driving with a suspended or revoked licence.
The booking record also included a “detox” designation. According to Northwest Iowa Watch Dogs, four separate cash-only bonds were issued for Wicks totalling $1,501.51.
Former WWE Star Chad Wicks Released Following Arrest
Chad Wicks was released from custody the following day, September 30, at approximately 12:22 p.m. after posting bond.
WWE fans best remember the former wrestler as one half of The Dicks alongside Tank Toland. Wicks initially worked in WWE developmental territory Ohio Valley Wrestling as Chad Toland before he and Toland were brought to the main roster.
The pair appeared on SmackDown as The Dicks during 2005 and 2006. Wicks subsequently retired from professional wrestling in 2007.
