Taichi’s partner for NJPW World Tag League has been revealed.
Zack Sabre Jr. threw his hat into the ring once word circulated that Tomohiro Ishii was injured.
ZSJ will now be teaming with Taichi reuniting the Dangerous Tekkers tag team.
ZSJ wrote on X: “I heard from Taichi. Ishii is injured and won’t be able to compete in the Tag League. Because Taichi is a very dear friend. Taichi, I’m in. I want to do it. One more time as the Dangerous Tekkers, OK,”.

The Dangerous Tekkers were formed within and part of the Suzuki-gun stable in 2018. They were named the 2021 Tag Team of the Year Award by Tokyo Sports. The team disbanded though when the Sukuzi-gun faction dissolved and everyone went their separate ways.
They won the IWGP Tag Team Championships three times. They defeated Golden Ace (Hiroshi Tanahashi and Kota Ibushi) and held the titles for 142 Days. They then defeated Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa) holding the titles for 40 days and then beat Los Ingobernables de Japón
(Tetsuya Naito and SANADA) and that reign lasted 163 Days until Bishamon (Hirooki Goto and Yoshi-Hashi) defeated them.
NJPW’s World Tag League 2026 runs from November 23 to December 13, 2026.
