To another X user, the account manager wrote: “You should ask them why they tried to block us from running TV ads during Raw (illegal), why they asked us to sponsor their events, we agreed to the financial deal then they pulled us out last minute..this is just a glimpse into the sabotaging behavior.. perhaps we will expand on the intel.”

In the thread some X users praised the film and some others criticized it. The official account then got into a war of words with a critic.
@TheHoosierOne wrote: “Oh good. Another girl boss that can defeat any man she wants, is always right and is constantly the underdog.” Sigh.

To which @TheHoosierOne replied: “lol. Great marketing strategy. To accuse possible consumers of “disdain” for “strong women” because we are tired of this overused and tired trope of a storyline is comical.”

Since it’s release on March 7th the film has made $632,366 and is ranked 118th on the 2025 Domestic Box Office chart. The movie stars Arrow’s Emily Bett Rickard as professional wrestler Mildred Burke. It has been re-released in select theaters.
Both Charlotte Flair and Liv Morgan were supposed to play important roles in the film as June Byers and Clara Mortensen. Morgan had to exit the picture due to an injury and Flair also left the film. It has been reported that Flair did so due to the request of WWE management.
