AEW’s Daniel Garcia was involved in a number of incidents with fans at AEW Redemption 2026.
Climbing over a barricade, Garcia was of course being filmed by many fans in the audience.
Garcia swung at one fans knocking their phone out of their hands.
Security picked up the phone for the fan and gave it back to them.
“Why did he touch my phone!” the angry fan can be heard saying.
“You are good,” says security.
The fan posted a message on X expressing his anger and frustration: “Wasn’t expecting my first @AEW experience to end this way.. Daniel Garcia smacks my phone on the floor unnecessarily@TonyKhan this is unacceptable.”

Just minutes later, another fan was leaning over a railing to get a shot. Garcia did the same thing to him as he walked by and the phone fell to the arena floor. Thankfully, Jon Moxley picked up the phone and handed it back to the fan before exiting the arena.
He needs to be suspended, and maybe even charged for damaging another person property. The man was just trying to get a picture of the action and Daniel Garcia knock the phone out of his hand for no reason. pic.twitter.com/5pvlXRBVoo
