Danhausen’s wrestling career remains in limbo.
If you don’t count RoH, Danhausen hasn’t wrestled for AEW since December 30th, 2023. He was part of the Right To Challenge Anytime for the AEW TNT Title , Anywhere Battle Royal.
He suffered a torn pectoral muscle, had surgery, recovered but has had to work indie promotions like GCW to stay in the spotlight.
In fact, his stint with AEW has been unremarkable. Except for his debut, he really hasn’t been pushed or used by the company in any effective or meaningful way.
Word from Fightful is that Danhausen doesn’t want to be with the company any more, told them he doesn’t want to be resigned. Despite that, they have added injury time to his contract which extends it into 2026. AEW has no creative plans for Danhausen.
Danhausen recently posted a video with his pal CM Punk sparking rumours that WWE has an interest in signing him.
