Fans inside Madison Square Garden were given an unexpected update from Danhausen during a commercial break on WWE Raw.
Danhausen appeared during the off-air segment and informed the live crowd that WWE will return to the venue for Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 18. The announcement was made exclusively for those in attendance, adding a unique moment to the night.
Danhausen Promoted His Merch Following His Announcement
Danhausen then shifted focus to entertaining the crowd, promoting his merchandise before unveiling a t-shirt cannon. He proceeded to fire shirts into the audience, drawing a strong reaction from fans inside the arena.
The announcement adds to WWE’s growing slate of Saturday Night’s Main Event specials in 2026. The most recent event took place on January 24 in Montreal, where Sami Zayn defeated Damian Priest, Randy Orton, and Trick Williams in a four-way main event. That victory earned Zayn a WWE Championship opportunity against Drew McIntyre at the Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia.
Another Saturday Night’s Main Event is already scheduled for May 23 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana, further highlighting WWE’s continued use of the revived event series.
