Danhausen may have found a new career path, and it has nothing to do with professional wrestling, but instead, the 35-year-old WWE star pitched him as the next UK Prime Minister.
The popular WWE star jokingly suggested he could become the next British Prime Minister during last night’s Monday Night Raw in London. The moment came during one of Danhausen’s trademark backstage segments. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh confronted the “Very Nice, Very Evil” star after previously paying him to place a curse on Oba Femi ahead of Dominik’s recent match.
Instead of carrying out the curse, Danhausen explained that he had spent the money on equipment for his latest experiments. When McDonagh attempted to take the equipment back, he ended up getting electrocuted.
Danhausen Addressed The London Crowd With An Interesting Idea
Later in the show, Danhausen addressed the crowd inside London’s O2 Arena and reflected on his visit to the United Kingdom.
He joked that he had been forced to use public transport because he was unable to bring either his blimp or his curse cruiser overseas. He also complained about being interrupted while conducting his experiments and suggested he might need additional security.
The 35-year-old then turned his attention to British politics.
Referencing the news earlier in the day that Prime Minister Keir Starmer had resigned, Danhausen noted that he was something of a celebrity and had heard there was an opening at 10 Downing Street.
The remark drew a loud reaction from the London crowd, who appeared more than happy to entertain the idea of Danhausen entering politics.
There are currently no indications that the WWE star will be trading wrestling boots for public office any time soon.
