On May 17th, police state that Axel backed his vehicle into another car at a McDonald’s drive-thru.
The police report reads: “During the investigation, a McDonald’s employee reported that Hennig had been mumbling in the drive-thru before pulling forward, swearing at staff, and backing into another vehicle. He then allegedly opened his door and yelled at the female driver, calling her a “bitch” and a “pussy.” An inventory search of his vehicle prior to towing yielded a 750 mL open bottle of Phillips vodka on the front passenger-side floorboard.”
When police arrived, he refused to exit his vehicle. Axel had to be physically removed and handcuffed.
He refused to submit to a chemical test and directed profanities and slurs at the arresting officers.
Axel supposedly said: “I don’t give a s—t!” and “f–k you, you fa—t!”.
