Cody Rhodes has suggested that Liverpool could host a future WWE premium live event after addressing fans following a recent WWE live event in the city. After defeating Gunther ahead of their Clash in Italy title match, Rhodes told the crowd that WWE should bring “Clash in Liverpool” to the city. While no event has been announced, Rhodes’ comments add to ongoing calls for more major WWE shows in the United Kingdom. John Cena previously voiced support for bringing WrestleMania to London, but WWE has yet to confirm any future UK-hosted WrestleMania or premium live event beyond its current international schedule.

A film adaptation of The Last Hart Beating, Natalya‘s 2025 autobiography, could be in development. According to WrestleVotes Radio via Fightful Select, several Hollywood figures and an A-list production company have reportedly expressed interest in bringing the book to the big screen. Natalya previously hinted at a project involving Rory Culkin and Yale Productions, and has spoken about the possibility of a movie based on the Hart family. She also named Paul Walter Hauser as her preferred choice to portray her late father, Jim Neidhart, if the project moves forward.
Last Friday’s WWE SmackDown drew 1.258 million viewers on USA Network, up 6.3% from the previous week’s audience of 1.184 million. The show also posted a 0.29 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, a 26.1% increase from the prior week and its best performance in that category since April 24. Despite facing strong competition from the NHL and NBA playoffs, SmackDown finished second on the cable charts for the night. Year-over-year, viewership was down 9%, and the 18-49 rating declined 12.1%, though both drops were smaller than WWE has typically seen throughout 2026.
