Undisputed WWE Champion CM Punk has revealed the latest in his extensive tattoo collection.
CM Punk has got himself another tattoo, with the Undisputed WWE Champion revealing what appears to be a red crown on the side of his neck. CM Punk was in Boston on Friday signing posters when he shared a selfie video on his Instagram Story. During the video, fans spotted the previously unseen design on his neck.
The tattoo appears to depict a crown, although Punk has not publicly explained its meaning.
Many of Punk’s tattoos carry personal significance or references to different parts of his life and career. His collection includes the straight edge lettering across his stomach, the Pepsi logo on his shoulder and four aces representing longtime friend and trainer Ace Steel.
The crown is already Punk’s second new tattoo in approximately two weeks.
Around SummerSlam, Punk revealed a new chest tattoo honouring his dog Larry, who died in November 2024. The design also featured another of Punk’s pets.
What Does CM Punk’s New Tattoo Mean?
Fans have speculated about whether the crown could connect to CM Punk’s current position as Undisputed WWE Champion or his longtime “Best in the World” moniker. However, Punk has offered no explanation for the design, and nothing currently confirms its significance.
Punk was in Boston as part of appearances connected to WWE’s CM Punk 20 Years tour.
The tour celebrates two decades since Punk joined WWE and currently has him advertised for 22 events through the end of October.
Among those dates is Worlds Collide in Chicago on September 26. The event takes place on the same night that AEW presents All Out just outside the city.
For now, Punk has left the meaning behind his latest addition unexplained, with the new crown becoming another piece in one of professional wrestling’s most recognisable tattoo collections.
