Almost a year after the death of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, his daughter Brooke Hogan says she still has unanswered questions despite authorities officially closing the investigation.
According to reports, officials concluded that Hulk Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died of natural causes and found no evidence of criminal activity. However, Brooke Hogan recently expressed frustration with the way the investigation was handled and claimed she never received the clarity she sought.
Speaking on The Bubba the Love Sponge Show, Brooke criticised the communication she received throughout the process, stating that while investigators publicly thanked her for her cooperation, she often struggled to obtain information and records related to the case.
Brooke said concerns began to grow as she reviewed details surrounding her father’s death, pointing to what she described as inconsistencies in the official account. Among the issues she raised were questions about the medical procedures that followed Hogan’s passing. Brooke questioned why a family physician signed the death certificate rather than a forensic pathologist and said she never received the autopsy information she expected.
“When the autopsy never came back to me, and I kept asking for it, and I kept asking for it, and I kept asking for it, and then it was getting changed. And I asked, ‘Well, what could make a doctor 10 months later make changes to an autopsy?’”
She also expressed confusion regarding toxicology findings, claiming she had heard conflicting information about blood samples and other evidence collected during the investigation.
Brooke Hogan Also Has Questions Regarding The Day Hulk Hogan Was Found Dead In His Home
Another point of concern involved security footage from Hulk Hogan’s home. Brooke Hogan noted that her father had an extensive surveillance system in place, but said she has been unable to get definitive answers regarding whether footage exists from the time of his death.
Perhaps her biggest concern centres on conflicting accounts of where Hogan was found when emergency responders arrived. Brooke claimed she was initially told one version of events by family members, while official reports described a different scenario.
“My brother told my husband and me that we both heard it, that he died in his chair. Then the report says they found him on the floor. Who found him on the floor? Where were the nurses? Where were they coming back from? Why was Sky the only witness to him not breathing?”
As a result, Brooke said she continues to have questions about the circumstances surrounding her father’s final moments, despite authorities ruling the case closed and determining that no criminal activity was involved.
