Bron Breakker was involved in a frightening incident during a recent WWE live event in Honolulu, Hawaii, after landing awkwardly on his neck during a six-man tag team match.
The incident occurred at the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena, where Bron Breakker teamed with Austin Theory and Bronson Reed against Oba Femi, LA Knight and Penta. During the match, Breakker and Knight were involved in an exchange on the top rope. After initially being knocked back into the ring, Breakker climbed the turnbuckles again and attempted a Frankensteiner.
However, the move went wrong when Knight moved out from underneath Breakker and appeared to prepare to catch him for a counter. Breakker’s foot subsequently slipped, causing him to fall awkwardly onto his neck in the middle of the ring.
The referee immediately checked on Breakker, who remained motionless for several moments following the impact. Despite the concerning landing, Breakker continued wrestling and completed the match, which his team ultimately lost.
Bron Breakker Advertised For WWE Raw Following Scary Fall
Footage of the incident prompted concern among fans on social media, with some questioning LA Knight’s involvement in the sequence. Several fans suggested LA Knight should have caught Bron Breakker or tried to cushion his landing, although the exact circumstances of the mistimed move remain unclear.
WWE has not issued an official medical update on Breakker’s condition, and no one has confirmed he was injured. However, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce subsequently shared a video previewing the October 19 episode of WWE Raw from San Diego, California.
During the preview, Pearce promoted Breakker’s scheduled singles match against Penta, suggesting that WWE still expects him to compete on the show. While Breakker’s inclusion in the advertised lineup may be encouraging, it does not confirm his medical status following the incident.
For now, Breakker remains scheduled to face Penta on Monday’s Raw, which will air live worldwide on Netflix from the Pechanga Arena in San Diego.
