Big E said in an interview with Compas on the Beat that he currently considers himself retired from in-ring competition following the neck injury he suffered in March 2022. The former WWE champion said “never say never,” but noted that he is content with retirement for now and focusing on broadcasting and media roles.
NJPW released this news about Drilla Maloney:
“On February 3’s live event in Iwaki, Fukushima, Drilla Moloney sustained an injury to his right triceps. At his personal request, and after consultation with medical staff, Moloney will compete in all remaining matches during the Road to The New Beginning tour as scheduled. Moloney will continue to be closely monitored by trainers and ring doctors. NJPW wishes Moloney a speedy recovery, and encourages fans to continue lending him their support.”

John Cena’s WWE Hall Of Fame Status For 2026 Addressed
John Cena is not expected to headline the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame despite retiring at the end of 2025 after a 23-year run. According to WrestleVotes Radio, Stephanie McMahon is currently planned as the class headliner, with another “Immortal Moment” induction also expected for the ceremony.

Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Kenny Omega will be at a Capcom event in Japan to promote the upcoming Street Fighter 6 DLC, for which he provided motion capture.
