Bayley‘s WWE future is reportedly becoming a topic of discussion as her current contract nears its expiration.
According to a report by WrestleVotes Radio via Fightful Select, Bayley’s existing deal is set to expire at the end of 2026. WWE and TKO are reportedly interested in retaining the former Women’s Champion, who is highly regarded within the company and viewed as a locker-room leader. However, there has been no indication that a new agreement has been reached.
Questions about Bayley’s long-term future are not entirely new. During an appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet in April 2025, Bayley spoke candidly about her career plans and acknowledged that she was already thinking about life beyond wrestling.
“I have so many other things I want to make it into,” she said at the time. “I have a year and a half left on this current contract, so we’ll see what happens then.”
The veteran star also reflected on her accomplishments in WWE, noting that while she still has goals she hopes to achieve, she has already enjoyed a remarkable career since signing with the company in 2012.
“I’ve done so much with WWE, and I’ve been here for already 12 years,” she said.
Bayley Believes The Future Of The WWE Women’s Division Is In Good Hands
Bayley also pointed to the next generation of talent emerging across WWE’s women’s division, expressing confidence that the division’s future is in good hands.
“So when I think about okay, I might be done in a couple of years, who knows? I know that it’s going to be in good hands. So that makes me really happy.”
One of the most decorated performers in WWE history, Bayley remains a prominent figure both on-screen and behind the scenes. With her current contract entering its final months, attention is once again turning to what comes next for the former champion.
While WWE is reportedly keen to retain her services, Bayley has previously made it clear that she has ambitions outside of wrestling and has already begun considering the next chapter of her career.
