Bayley is preparing for a major WrestleMania 42 opportunity, but she has also revealed how she keeps herself physically and mentally ready outside the ring.
Speaking with Brandi Rhodes on A Shot of Brandi, Bayley discussed her recovery routine, highlighting the importance of rest as she balances a demanding WWE schedule.
“My gym… I have a big old sauna. I have my nice cold tub, that I hate to do. And I bought this wood fired tub,” she said.
While she is enjoying the benefits of her home setup, Bayley’s focus is now shifting back to competition as she teams with Lyra Valkyria in pursuit of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 42 on April 18 or April 19, 2026.
The duo will compete in a fatal four-way match that also features Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair, Hall of Famers The Bella Twins, and the reigning champions, The Irresistible Forces.
Bayley Could Secure Her Third WWE Women’s Tag Team Title Reign At WrestleMania 42
A victory would mark Bayley’s third reign with the titles and Valkyria’s second, as she has already held the championship previously with Sasha Banks, now competing in AEW as Mercedes Mone, once in 2019 and again in 2020, adding further stakes to an already high-profile match in Las Vegas.
Bayley has also held the WWE NXT, Raw, SmackDown, and regular Women’s Titles throughout her tenure with the company.
With WrestleMania approaching, the 36-year-old star’s mix of recovery and preparation could prove crucial as she looks to add another accolade to her decorated career.
