Bayley‘s time with WWE may not be over after all.
Following speculation that their match at Saturday Night’s Main Event marked the end of her feud with Lyra Valkyria, Bayley made a surprise appearance at WWE’s live event in Stockton, California, on Saturday night.
The former Women’s Champion attacked Valkyria before later competing in a triple threat match for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Valkyria challenged reigning champion Sol Ruca alongside Bayley, with Ruca ultimately retaining the title, according to reports from fans in attendance.

Dave Meltzer Addressed Bayley & Lyra Valkyria’s Rivalry Continuing
The live event appearance comes after Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer discussed the possibility that WWE intentionally left the door open for the rivalry to continue during a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio.
Meltzer noted that he initially believed the Saturday Night’s Main Event match had served as the feud’s conclusion but suggested subsequent comments from Valkyria indicated the programme may not be over.
“I watched that show on Saturday and watching that show, I thought it was a blowoff. The stuff that Lyra Valkyria has said since makes it sound like a blowoff. Maybe she’s gonna come back in two weeks and attack Lyra and keep the thing going.”
Bayley’s latest appearance suggests WWE could still have plans to continue the rivalry despite earlier speculation that the programme had reached its conclusion.
