The challenger for “Hangman” Adam Page‘s AEW World Title has been confirmed for Full Gear on November 22.
On last night’s episode of Dynamite, Bobby Lashley, Samoa Joe, Ricochet, and Hook did battle to determine who would face Adam Page at Full Gear for his AEW World Championship. As expected by many fans, Samoa Joe will once again challenge Page for his title. This comes after Joe and Page faced each other for the belt at WrestleDream on October 18, and after Page successfully defended the title, Joe and his Opps teammates, Katsuyori Shibata and Powerhouse Hobbs, attacked Page, and Page vowed to get revenge on last week’s episode of Collision.
The finish of the Fright Night Four-Way Match on last night’s Dynamite saw Lashley chase Ricochet outside of the ring while Joe locked in the Coquina Clutch on Hook, who was unable to break the hold and was forced to tap out as Lashley scrambled to try and get back into the ring to break up the hold.
