AEW has reportedly signed a top Australian independent wrestling star.
It has been reported by Fightful Select that AEW has signed Australian independent wrestling star, Lena Kross. Sources cited in the report indicate that Kross has either already signed a contract with the promotion or is expected to do so in the very near future. She is also said to be in the process of relocating to Florida, which has fuelled further expectation that an official announcement could be imminent.
Kross had previously drawn interest from TNA Wrestling, with reports earlier this year suggesting that the company had plans to bring her in. However, Tony Khan appears to have secured the signature of the 30-year-old talent first.
Kross made her debut for the company on the July 31 episode of Collision, where she faced Kris Statlander, and later wrestled a dark match for ROH TV against Lacey Lane in September. She has also maintained a packed independent schedule throughout 2025, competing for promotions including DPW, JCW, Limitless Wrestling, and the Sendai Girls organisation in Japan, along with appearances for various other companies.
As of now, AEW has not publicly confirmed her signing.
